Supreme Court New Legal Year : CJN To Inaugurate 87 New SAN

The Chief Justice Of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun will swear-in 87 new senior advocates of Nigeria on Monday, 30th September, 2024, as part of programmes outlined to formally commence the 2024/2025 legal year of the court.

The inauguration being her first assignment as Chief Justice of Nigeria will hold during a special court session at the Supreme Court where she will deliver a state-of-the judiciary address to highlight the performance of the supreme court and the Nigerian judiciary, in the 2023/2024 Legal Year.

Other key players in the Justice sector are also expected to present speeches bordering on the state of the Nigeria Justice Sector

The Supreme Court commenced its annual vacation on Monday, 22nd July, 2024
