Arokodare Scores Again In The Genk Win

Genk striker Tolu Arokodare scored his second goal of the 2024/25 Belgian Junior Pro League on Sunday in their nervy 3-2 win over reigning champions Club Brugge at the Cegeka Arena, Sports reporters Arena.

Arokodare made it 2-2 with seven minutes left on the clock after Genk had gone down 2-0 against their visitors.

Skov Olsen broke the deadlock for Club Brugge on the stroke of halftime and made it two for the champions in the 60th minute before Jarne Steuckers reduced the deficit for Gent from the spot.

Steuckers was on hand to provide the equaliser for Arokodare in the 83rd minute, while Slovakian midfielder Patrik Hrosovsky completed the comeback for Genk in stoppage time.
